Fair Old hotel, with no maintenance. Curtains falling apart. Really bad! Location was the only positive.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel - not a comfortable stay So much noise in room corridor, couldn’t sleep. The windows have no noise cancellation also so you always hear cars, police ambulance noises. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.. I come to Chicago every year and there are plenty of other hotels who are nicer and they are the same money.
Bitte sucht euch ein anderes Hotel Also das Hotel ist wirklich sehr sehr heruntergekommen. Die Zimmer sind eine absolute Katastrophe, das man hierfür so viel Geld nimmt ist eine Frechheit. Die Möbel sind teilweise kaputt oder haben sehr große Gebrauchsspuren, die Badezimmer sind eine absolute Zumutung. Bei uns ging z.b. zwei Tage das Klo nicht aber das war denen egal. The Hotel has rich History and I was happy to stay there. But, the mariquana smell and the unclean tub was disappointing The Shower and bathtub had rust throughout the tub area. Also, the tub had hair in it before we used it. Also, you could smell mariquana in the hallway. And there were a lot of young people standing outside of the hotel entrance. The location
Chicago was great, our room not so much! Our room smelled like weed, and it was a nonsmoker room. And no heat! Location, the guys at the front doors very helpful.
Not recommended. Will not return. The bathroom old, no hot water in the shower and extremely dirty, like mold. The light flickering. the room is stifling and without ventilation. Nothing
Disappointing Non ci è stata pulita la camera neanche una volta in 4 giorni. Luce principale all'ingresso della stanza rotta. Cassaforte rotta. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere espressamente di cambiarci delle asciugamani che abbiamo trovato macchiate e con residui: ci sono state portate quelle pulite e non hanno prelevato quelle sporche. In generale è un hotel che necessita di un robusto rinnovamento. La posizione.
muy por debajo de mis expectativas el edificio es viejo no había agua caliente. tuve que reclamar 3 noches seguidas. Solicité algún resarcimiento pero no me dieron respuesta.
Rooms not cleaned in-between guests The room was really gross. There was food smeared on the wall and the tub was filthy. I don’t think that the room was cleaned in-between guests. I noticed on the first day that there was crusty food on the bedding that wouldn’t have been there if the bedding was changed out. I was on the 10th floor and it was incredibly hot even though it was only 50 degrees outside. The room ac didn’t work so I had to keep opening my window that had no screen.
