Disappointing The hotel is very old. The hallways have a smell. Staff is very friendly

Bad We originally stayed in 512. First night was fine. Shower water was colder than I prefer, but this is an older hotel. Whatever. Second night a mom and her son come in. It's 11pm. The boy is talking. That's fine. I expect him to settle down after a while. He doesn't. It's two hours of yelling and giggling with his mom. We call security twice. They come up once to ask the guests to pipe down. They never come back the second time. When we ask to be moved rooms, the crappy hotel is mysteriously full. When I make my way downs... read more
