Not coming here again. Beds were uncomfortable and this place is definitely haunted. Our window closed and opened on its own at 3am. Also the lack of parking was very disappointing. The location was nice and the staff were helpful.
séjour un peu gâché par ces services non faits -sur 4 jours le ménage ( lit et serviettes mouillées non changées ) n'a été fait que 2 jours alors que sur les prestations il était annoncé quotidien !!! -accueil décevant , pas d'effort pour échanger ( alors qu'il est annoncé' polyglotte ) impression que le personnel n'a rien à faire de nos questions et remarques !! -services ne correspondant pas aux prestations annoncées emplacement de l'hotel

Fair very old outdated building. not well kept. feels like an insane asylum inside
good location otherwise the room was really old. AC would turn off automatically with no self control option available in the room and it can get hot. the storage door wouldn’t close, the washroom door would get stuck and you would have to pull it hard for it to open. the toilet wasn’t working properly. the drawers for night stand wouldn’t close properly. good location.

schöner Chicago Trip und nur um zu schlafen ist es okay. - Personal nicht sehr freundlich und antworten nicht auf meine Nachrichten - sehr dreckige Zimmer - das Wasser wird nicht warm - Zimmer direkt an der Zugleise die Lage war überragend, da man es nie weit zu Fuß hatte.
good location nothing more cleaness, all fernitures are very old and unkempt. in the bathroom you won’t find enough towels for each pearson who stay with you at the room. The best is duvet - it looks like throw not like a normal duvet. In the cold city like Chicago in this hotel you won’t find normal duvet but only a sheet. It was huge problem to receive a blanket.
