Congress Plaza Housekeeping was super loud every single morning. In fact, everything was super loud. There was loud banging that shook the room all night long and I was awoken by the noise practically every hour, on the hour. Since it was Halloween, the hotel had what looked to be a great party but that also meant there were loud party goers in the hallway well past 4am. Fair Hotel is very old and on a lot of things they should reinvest the money they get for the rooms. Roomrate is rather high but the rooms are very old. Bathroom needs urgently renovation as well as the TV (mine was a flat screen 21" from the first build series..)... All equipment was very old and over-used...

Overall tolerable for the couple days here. Will not be back The air conditioner didn’t work at ALL. Also both my sheets smelled like manure and dog poop. Alsooo the shower took 15 min to warm up EVERYDAY. And finally the first night we found two roaches on the wall. Also idk if u guys know but google says this mug is haunted location
