chicago Los pasillos de las habitaciones muy deteriorados, las puertas de las habitaciones en malas condiciones, no funcionaba la calefacción de las habitaciones, las ventanas abrian completas y era peligroso en los pisos altos. El baño estaba viejo. La habitación era amplia. Las camas eran amplias. La ubicación estaba bien.

Great location, the staff member was beyond horrible to deal with The safe was already locked in the room so we couldn’t use it. from the moment I tried to check in the front desk person tried to tell me I had canceled my booking back in august and wouldn’t listen to me. said it was between me and booking.com then suddenly “found” my reservation and never apologized.He was beyond rude.
Fair viejo, mal mantenido y ausencia de limpieza. Al 3er día tuve que decir que fueran a limpiar la habitación porque no la hicieron ningún día. Y en los pasillos y en ningún sitio del hotel se veía personal de limpieza. No funcionaba la calefación de aire en la habitación haciendo muchisimo ruido y pasamos frio. Esta muy mal mantenido. Y es caro para el servicio que tiene. Lo único positivo es la ubicación. ubicación
