Fair Die Zimmer im Buckingham Tower sind eine Frechheit. Der Putz bröckelt von der Wand und der Teppich löst sich vom Boden. Die Zimmer sind extrem klein und schlecht ausgestattet. Lage des Hotels ist gut
Massive days Cleaners was disappointed, we stayed there 3 days and they did not clean our room. Security is weak we had check out around 3 am and young people was sleeping and talking in hall … they were high and drunk. Location and early check in is good.
Roaches, stained bedsheet and no service. Roaches in the washroom, no hot water, no room cleaning over a 5 day stay. They never changed the sheets during our stay, actually not sure they were changed from the previous guest as they had a burnt mark on them as well as a few hairs. Really bad musky smell coming from the carpet and air conditioning wich could be set to low or high only. TV remote wasn't working with "up" and "down" ripped from remote. Disappointing...overcharged! I have been billed twice for this stay. Once from Booking.com and again from the hotel. Who at Booking.com can resolve this? Or the Congress who shouldn't have charged me a second time?

Disappointing value for money Room was very small. Water was spilling out from the bath cabin. No heater. Location. Was very accessible.
Only Book this if you Need to have short distances to e.g. a conference… The room itself is not worth the money imho Alles sehr alt, zu teuer für das Zimmer Die Lage
