Bad I was double charged. Called to fix. Noone can fix and due to holiday I have to wait 3 more days. Paid 268 and another 293 was pulled out of my bank yet they cannot do anything for 3 days. No refund at this time Nothing.

Buena ubicación pero cutre SUPER de Demasiado viejo, los baños, habitacion, instalaciones..se nota que el hotel no ha sido reformado desde su inaguracion, los baños muy viejos y casi no salía agua de lavabo y ducha. La ubicación es fantástica y Las camas cómodas. Personal muy amable y eficiente

Housekeeping please... No hay suficiente personal de limpieza para las habitaciones. En 5 dias de mi estadía solo limpiaron una vez y mal. Ubicación, buen aislamiento de ruido, cama comoda, relación calidad precio, amabilidad del pesonal
i was in the hotel as little as possible due to the others staying there their was a lot of inappropriate behavior throughout the hotel also felt uncomfortable the whole stay
Congress Plaza Review. On arrival at reception, the lady was unwelcoming and rushed. The hotel appears haunted. It's old, not well maintained and has an odour to it. Quite noisy with train just outside window. Shower in bath trickled out slowly. The location is excellent. Bed is comfortable.
Fair I was given the room with the door stripped down to plywood on both sides, perhaps the only room with such an unfinished door in the entire hotel. It was such a shame. I was able to tolerate the lack of view, a stiff toilet handle, and a long wait for shower water to turn hot. But the look of the plywood door left a bad impression for the hotel. Bad I called ahead of time about checking in early the person I talked to said when I got there my room would be available that they had it all figured out for 10 am because I had an important meeting at 12 and when I get there whoever was there told me I had to wait till 12 when I had already called multiple days ahead of time to please request that simple thing.
