Like the look of the hotel but would not stay there again. You could not adjst the temperature in your room. There were supposed to be a heater brought up but it never showed up. The water was lukewarm at best. It never heated up for a decent shower. The lock on the bathroom door was falling off. And extra blankets were never brought up. The location was good abs at first sight the hotel was amazing but that’s were it stopped.
It was a good place if you don't care about quality too much. Not that cheap either. The room we stayed in had a "lake view." Apparently that means you can see a little piece of the lake through the trees. The room was just old and uncomfortable. It smelled weird. Also no AC, just a barely-functioning fan. Couldn't get the blinds closed completely. If you pull the curtains over the center, it blocks the one source of air. It was way too hot. The paint was ugly. The bed was not comfortable. Dirty. People walking around barefoot in hallways and I could have sworn I heard gun shots. Everything else It was right down town
Don’t stay here Where do I begin. The service is appalling — any request is treated like an inconvenience (like asking for a heater, and later an extra duvet because the room was freezing when we arrived). The walls between rooms are paper thin: we could hear our neighbors talking, not to mention the rambunctious, late-night party that took place in the actual corridor, right outside our room. Bad The bedbugs The furniture and classic feel to it
Disappointing The staff is very rude and not very accommodating. The room is very noisy and the neighbors were loud. The toilet kept running. The room was clean, and the bed was okay. The view is amazing though.
Good view but horrible rooms.
Fair The parking wasn’t attached to the hotel so we had to walk around the building, the room was small the wall were thin so I was up half the night cuz of the people next to us AND upon coming in with are stuff we were asked to show the security are room key to prove we staying here.. he didn’t ask anyone else. The location
Very Poor Ront desk staff not very customer service oriented. Key cards were not working. Windows didn't open. No control over AC. I enjoyed the ladies in the breakfast place. They were extremely nice and very competent
