Review Encountered a very rude housekeeper Decent location but would not stay here again

Old historical hotel that needs some TLC. We were here for 2 days and basically had no hot water the entire time, the last morning when what little we had stopped we called and some man came and fixed it. The bathroom needed some cleaning. The ice machine on our floor was broken and when I called and asked about it they sent us to the broken one and we had to tell them it wasn't even plugged in (I feel like they should have known) then they sent us to a a different floor and it too was broken. Fair Rooms Location
Could be better Staff was rude and impatient when asking questions. Didnt like to inform us of things we asked. Vending machine didnt work. Beds were comfy. Room was fairly clean.
Disappointed Everything was old The room was not what I expected when I booked the Congress. They have a pest problem
More like a motel 6 with drugs It is a breeding ground for drugs, loud teenagers that have no place to go and it feels very unsafe and scary. There was bugs in my first room in the beds and I had to be moved. It’s outdated and lacks class. I would never recommend anyone to stay there. The hotel has a name that does not fit the reputation of class.
