Disappointed First, they claim on Booking.com to have a private parking which is not quite true. Then, staff had no idea about COVID testing labs. I have recently been in hotels in many other countries and they even have agreements with laboratories to take the samples at the hotel. Room…. Is just OK. Old facilities and not the cleanest ones. Restaurant is closed at evenings….
i never gonna choose this place for stay in Chicago . we had a pluming issues in our first room and after complaint we moved to another room with bad train passing noises for every 5 minutes and low pressure of hot water in bath. Impolite front door security, with many questionable come and go inside the hotel (probably with unregistered guests), and lots of arguments and fight in front door of the hotel. it must be a nice hotel one day, but wasn't care for a long time!!
It was okay, but I hope the hotel is fulling opened next time. Everything inside the hotel was still shut down due to Covid. location and price
Poor Dimly lit. No directions to room. Skeleton staff. WiFi did not work. 1st floor on elevator bank wound up in an abandoned kitchen. My wife was petrified to leave the room alone. Location
Pésimo servicio. -No tiene estacionamiento, ni servicio de valet parking. -Nadie te ayuda con tu equipaje. -Viaje en familia y los pasillos llenos de humo (Gente en los pasillos literal arrastrándose por lo mal que estaban). -habitaciones muy sencillas. -Sin agua caliente. -No se puede descansar por la gente que está gritando. Etc. La ubicación.

Poor The property is extremely outdated. It was also dirty inside the rooms. The air worked but it wasn’t cold air.
Very Poor The guests floors are very outdated, my “complementary” lotions were half used, my tub was dirty, the cigarette smoke was so strong coming from the smoking rooms especially when I was in the bathroom, my room was cold and the front desk staff said that the whole hotel is cold and they do not control the heat (you don’t control your own heat), though it stated That there was parking but the hotel does not have parking at all.
