Very Poor Unsafe people knocking on the door in the night front desk not answering and rude Location
Will not stay there again nor recommend it. Beyond the fight everything was broke down. The Ice machine and soda machine were both out of order. There was also a person jumped outside of the hotel prior to us checking out according to management. There was a fight that broke out in the hallways around 3:45 A.M. that persisted for almost an hour. Security eventually cleared the party up but I did not sleep at all. Fair Our room smelled horribly of smoke and we had to move. Sadly we had to ask. It wasn’t offered when we informed the staff. Great downtown location.
Unclean Took one hour in line to check in at 4:00 pm. Parking lot view, loud L trains all night, tiny tv, and during coronavirus I expected extra cleanliness not barf or feces spattered across the bathroom wall. Location is good if you want South Michigan Avenue
I definitely expected more from my experience Sheets didn't cover the bed towels were dirty Didn't have the breakfast
lobby is nice. Would not stay again. Rooms are tired. No drapes to close, so room in the middle of the night is bright from outside lights. Double beds. Had to call room service every day to at least empty waste cans. Hotel said only cleaned after 3rd day of stay. I just called housekeeping direct with my requests.
Hotel needs many upgrades, kids 16-20 filled Hallways smoking weed, shooting, I had to check out at 2:30 in the morning Under ages kids smoking and drinking in hallways hanging out despite calling security nothing happened Nothing
