One of the few eating venues that is actually right on the ocean. The food is decent bar food.
Another great meal on the ocean at Dune House. I have blackened Mahi and wife has blacked shrimp tacos. Both were delicious. The grill masters are experts. Fish is moist without being undercooked or dry. Just the right amount of spice to enhance flavor without burning my mouth. Drinks were great and service was great. It was a special treat to have live entertainment to complement the evening without drowning out the conversations.
Stumbled in off the beach and got a cocktail and some fish tacos. Everything was great, food and drinks came out quick, and there were beach jams to set the mood. Note: if you aren't staying in Palmetto Dunes, you'll need to walk or bike as car tags are needed for driving.

Easy parking for cyclists with many bike racks out front. Nice bar by the beach and excellent table seating with market umbrellas right in the dunes. Waitt staff was friendly and efficient and the fish tacos are to die for. Looking forward to the next time we dine at the Dune's House.
Great time every time! Mahi on the Fish tacos was plentiful and the Ahi Tuna wrap was substantial. Service is always A+ AND who can beat the ocean air & waves vibe sitting next to the beach
Great location right in the beach, so you can order drinks or food to go if you choose without much wait time. The food options are pretty good for a casual place on the beach and there is something for everyone to enjoy.
We love coming to The Dune House while on the island. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the wait is generally quick. The food always comes out hot and flavorful; this visit was no exception. My husband ordered fish tacos loaded with fresh, delicious fish. I went with the chicken sandwich in a grilled wrap instead of my usual order of fish tacos, and WOW! There was plenty of chicken, cheese, and bacon with a mild chipotle sauce. It was so good that I could eat it every day for a year!
Nice place right on the beach with only a dune between it and ocean, good beer on tap. Nice staff.
