Great spot right along the beach. The servers and bartenders are super friendly! Asked the bartenders for a specific shot that they weren't familiar with so they let me behind the bar to make it! Everything we had was good. Peel n eat shrimp, shrimp tacos, shrimp wrap, and mini burgers were all delicious.
This is a great place for lunch and drinks while you are enjoying the beach. Bartenders are friendly and service is quick. Fish tacos, burgers, and the chicken quesadillas are all good choices. I usually have a drink at the bar while they make my order and then walk back to the beach to eat it. Only negative is that they host a lot of weddings so are closed sometimes for those.
don't bother unless you want bad service and a rude bartender. what a waste of great food and perfect view. tried to speak to the manager and was told she was too busy, chaos.
My family and I have often walked by this place and enjoyed the smell. It seems that the smell was the only decent thing about it. We had a long wait and poor service (only one refill over longer than an hour of dining). Three of us ordered burgers and two were very undercooked and borderline bloody, no apologies from the staff and barely corrected the problem. thisplace has a captive audience. is'sthe only place serving miles of beach.food is ok as are the drinks. not a place to travel to.
My wife and I had lunch there today! We are staying at the Marriott! It is a 2 minute walk and everything was great! We had peel and eat shrimp for an app and they had perfect seasoning and were fresh. For our meal we split the fish tacos which were excellent as well!! To top it all off the service was great!
The view is nice and that's really about it. They have a good thing going with their location, but they squander it on the food selection. I was so damn hot and wanted nothing more than a cold beer - it arrived warm. Hate that! It's a great place to grab a bite if you're already on the beach, but don't make the trip just for the restaurant.
We were looking for a spot along the beach to grab lunch on our last day in HHI, and this place fit the bill perfectly. This place is very casual (I went in my swimsuit) with all outdoor seating (plastic patio furniture with umbrellas overhead), and we were seated right away. Wonderful location with a deck looking right out on the beach, which is pretty rare for Hilton Head. This place could be awesome, but instead it is just a substandard tourist trap with high priced mediocre food, understaffed and inattentive service, and live music that is barely passable. The best part by far is the view and setting, which is spectacular, right behind the dunes looking out on the gorgeous Palmetto Dunes beach.
