Thank you, Dunes House, for capping off our great week vacationing in Palmetto Dunes! We will definitely be back to enjoy another beachside meal with great service. The blackened triggerfish sandwich was delicious and the cocktails were refreshing as we relaxed on a hot day under a shady umbrella. Loved it!
We are staying at Marriott and just a short walk to this restaurant. My wife and kids had the Greek Gyro and I had the grilled chicken sandwich-all was very good and fresh! service was excellent. We ate on the deck shaded by the table umbrellas so with the breeze was not too hot and we could enjoy the great view! I highly recommend!
Not at all what we were expecting. Food was subpar and it just didn't live up to the reviews we read. We thought we had the wrong place because of how the reviews made it sound. Live music was a good touch and the view of the ocean was nice but the food wasn't worth it. Definitely don't recommend for dinner. It's more of a lunch place.
the fish tacos are made with a disgusting farm raised fish from Vietnam. they used to use quality fish last year , but have apparently switched to "basa." so steer clear of the tacos. Google "basa" and you will not want to try it, trust me. other than the poor quality fish used on their tacos its a great little bar and the setting is wonderful, as is the service and people. maybe this post will make it clear how it's not ok to use trash fish though. Located in Palmetto Dunes at the beach house;so its hard to get to if you're not staying at Palmetto Dunes.The only eating spot directly on the beach so you need to have good weather. The lite fare food is very good. The bar is hopping! Go on Monday or Friday when the band Unicorn Meat is playing.And remember,have fun,its vacation!!

Food was good for a little bar on the beach. Average options but made well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Served good strong drinks. Only negative was all the construction on paths and walkways!
The food was fabulously! The blackened trigger fish sandwich was perfect along with the Greek salad topped with a piece of trigger fish was one of the best! Service was great and the atmosphere perfectly in front of the Atlantic!
Great casual beach restaurant with amazing fish tacos. We ate here twice, once for dinner and once for lunch. Dinner was great with live music and good service. Lunch was very busy and it took a while to get our food, but the waitress was on top of things and had the kids food out fast. Can't beat the view as it's right on the beach. We we're staying in Palmetto Dunes and rode our bikes which was fun. We will be back next year!
