The proximity to the beach is the lure for the wayward beach goer. We have been coming to the island for the past 30 years and since this little jem popped up it is our lunch go-to when on the beach. The Dune House Fish Tacos are our favorite. The California Turkey Wrap was good too with a generous portion of Turkey.

Waited 30 mins to sit, granted that's not the problem. We actually never sat to eat. We noticed while waiting that several guests had their dogs with them, fine. One guests dog would not stop barking and was asked to leave, at which point an argument ensued between staff, several guests and this one guest. Seems like the alcohol started to take over in a few people so we decided to leave since we were with 2 small children. You must try this place! Walked on the beach to have delicious drinks, great service and amazing fish tacos! Can't wait to go back. Closes at sunset! Hurry and get there now!

One of our favorite spots on the Island, since it is a few pedals by bike away, or a short jaunt on the beach as well. Stopped in after a day exploring other fine beaches in and around Hilton Head. I ordered the blackened burger w/chips while Linda got the fish taco's. Both were served within minutes and both came out hot. (Wish some of the restaurants on Yelp followed the way establishments on the island seem to get the food to the table hot!) Great casual spot overlooking the beach. Fish tacos were awesome. You get a whole grilled fillet not just few pieces of fish. Excellent Bloody Mary if you like spicy! Service was prompt and courteous. We'll be back again.

Great setting with fast service. As others mentioned, sit at the deck and enjoy the ocean front. I loved how the fish tacos were un-apologetically great slabs of grilled fish in a taco. The primary thing I would improve are the seats, so we could have stayed longer.

Great location... Nice music with a great view but unfortunately the food doesn't equal the scenery. Let's be honest here---we come to get our bellies full of tasty goodness so all of the other niceties dont mean much if the food is bad. The Food-- the waiter recommended the fish tacos and who can say no to that. Well I should have! The fish was a small and flat -almost looked like frozen mahi from Walmart. Totally not the restaurant's fault but be aware that it is private and everyday folk won't be allowed in.
