The actual visit was great, quick, efficient, thorough. I appreciated the receptionist who found me a blanket when I asked, since the waiting room seemed really cold to me. I love that you have the tools for a CT, blood tests and quick results, urinalysis on site. I didn't like the fact that the doctor on site recommended a 1-day clear liquid diet for my diverticulitis, but the follow-up call doctor recommended a 3-day clear liquid diet - AFTER I had already started to transition back to regular food. Wait time was less than 10 minutes. Doctor and the entire team were very attentive and provided great care. This is the second time I’ve been to this facility and have always received great care. I highly recommend The Emergency Clinic for quick care.

Receptionist was friendly, professional, and patient with me. Nurse was polite and professional and thorough. Doctor was great went over all my issues and we never post care as well as the nurse who also went over post care.
