Verified Renter Our community is quiet with some nice neighbors. Everyone pretty much stays to themselves so no drama. The activities are meant for the kids.

Verified Renter Maintenance has made sure that the steps inside walks are clear from snow. It's very clean around here except for the dog poop. Sometimes the people upstairs can be aggravating for they like to fight out in the hallway and everyone can hear their fighting

Verified Renter HELPFUL is the best word to describe the office & maintenance staff. MAINTENANCE: Due to health/mobility issues I have needed special installs like a new shower head that has a sprayer on a hose. Maintenance was super fast and efficient in getting it installed for me. My stove broke, thought I was going to end up with a "slap some tape on it & let it go" kind of fix. NOPE, brand new stove.
