Verified Renter Staff is great a clean community. The office staff are the best. Just feel bad that they can't keep maintenance help but they are keeping up with everything as timely as they can.

Verified Renter Everyone was nice when touring to signing papers to getting keys! Our neighbors even started say hello to us while we move our stuff in! So far everything is good and no complaints.

Verified Renter I haven't completely moved in yet, but so far everything is going great! It will take me a while to adjust to apartment living having moved from a 2 bedroom house, but that's just a matter of setting up new routines for me and my pups! I'm sure we will be happy here at the Everett!! :-)

Verified Renter I've lived here for going on 5 year and it is by far the nicest apartment complex I've lived in. All my neighbors are great. My building is very quiet. The grounds are kept well maintained and so is the pool. The staff is always very nice and easy going! Love my apartment!!
