Verified Renter I've been living here since 3/7/25 and so far I absolutely love it, the dishwasher is very handy, maintenance seems to be completely up to par with tasks that are given by residents, the fact of being on the second floor is honestly a huge plus especially with a child who loves to be outside so I know he is always safe if he's out there ontop of the fact they have a park for kids

Verified Renter Maintenance issues are still a problem for me. People not picking up after their dogs is becoming a problem for me. I wish we had assigned parking spaces. When new residents move in and I can no longer park in the space I’ve parked in for the last year it’s extremely aggravating.

Verified Renter I love my apartment maintenance needs to stop leaving all lights on I'm requesting them to leave them off after they done at all times please tell everyone to turn off the lights other then that I'm very very happy keep up the good work

Verified Renter Although my friend and I just moved to the Everett, we already love the calm atmosphere and serenity of the neighborhood. Our next door neighbors were outside while we were unloading the moving truck, and they offered to help us and gave friendly advice and wisdom about the area and living in general. Overall, the Everett seems to have a peaceful community with beautiful scenery and friendly neighbors.
