Verified Renter It is very quiet and I love living here. When you put your concerns in the maintenance are right there to help. And the staff are very very nice.

Only thing is old HVAC system makes for extremely costly electric bill in winter months. And the fact that I’ve been waiting on a window screen for my bedroom for 19 months! Besides that, pretty decent for the price & area.
