Verified Renter The neighbors keep to themselves which I love because I value my privacy. The units themselves feel a little out dated for the cost of rent. The pool is wonderful. The Everett is family friendly, is walking distance to garstmill park which is lovely. The community is quiet. Over all we’ve been here three almost four years and it’s been a good experience.

Verified Renter I love living here but it can be difficult to get any help when needed. Anything essential is fixed but beyond that and it becomes a fight.

Verified Renter Staff is great a clean community. The office staff are the best. Just feel bad that they can't keep maintenance help but they are keeping up with everything as timely as they can.

Verified Renter Everyone was nice when touring to signing papers to getting keys! Our neighbors even started say hello to us while we move our stuff in! So far everything is good and no complaints.

Verified Renter I haven't completely moved in yet, but so far everything is going great! It will take me a while to adjust to apartment living having moved from a 2 bedroom house, but that's just a matter of setting up new routines for me and my pups! I'm sure we will be happy here at the Everett!! :-)
