Verified Renter Office and the grounds crew and the maintenance staff are all amazing just wished the complex could keep the maintenance staff. They just always seem short handed

Verified Renter Maintenance has made sure that the steps inside walks are clear from snow. It's very clean around here except for the dog poop. Sometimes the people upstairs can be aggravating for they like to fight out in the hallway and everyone can hear their fighting

Verified Renter HELPFUL is the best word to describe the office & maintenance staff. MAINTENANCE: Due to health/mobility issues I have needed special installs like a new shower head that has a sprayer on a hose. Maintenance was super fast and efficient in getting it installed for me. My stove broke, thought I was going to end up with a "slap some tape on it & let it go" kind of fix. NOPE, brand new stove. Verified Renter The neighbors keep to themselves which I love because I value my privacy. The units themselves feel a little out dated for the cost of rent. The pool is wonderful. The Everett is family friendly, is walking distance to garstmill park which is lovely. The community is quiet. Over all we’ve been here three almost four years and it’s been a good experience.
