Verified Renter I feel so blessed to be a part of this community that is in the best place possible close to my family right up the street and close to shopping and schools and look forward to decorating my patio up just in time for spring break! God is so great!

Verified Renter The location, the upkeep of the landscape, the friendly community are the best features at Everett apts. It’s definitely worth the price I pay. Only thing is old HVAC system makes for extremely costly electric bill in winter months. And the fact that I’ve been waiting on a window screen for my bedroom for 19 months! Besides that, pretty decent for the price & area.

Verified Renter I been here for 11yrs, only issues I have is that I'm not a smoker and my neighbors smoke in their apartment and all of what they smoke comes right into my vents and walls, next issues are the landscaping..all of the flowers and bushes has been cut down and nothing there to replace, it doesn't look comfortable over here, and the #1 issue of them all is that parking when it snows, some of us including myself shovel a parking spot for hours just to come home to not have a place to park!
