I went to the Habit when I was staying at the Silver Legacy for a mock trial competition. We discovered that Circus Circus, the connected hotel, had a food court and decided to go there for dinner. This place was little different from what im used to having. But enjoyed their tri tip steak sandwich
Food was amazing I ordered extra crispy fries and they were perfect I spoke with a lady named Alecia she had amazing customer service and my food was the best ever
The burgers are good and they have a creative menu. The fries taste good too. The service was reasonable and prompt. The cafeteria style ordering and seating is not my thing. Not the nearly the best $9-$12 burger in town or even downtown. Rumor has it that there is one being built in the South Meadows area of Reno, so maybe a stand alone location will carry a better vibe.
Definitely not what I was expecting. My experience was negative and I wish so much for a better one. When ordering it took 10 minutes because they double charged us. Then when catching it the other staff around about three others jumped in and started taking about IT needs to deal with this and they kept talking about random stuff that was not relevant to the situation. Had my first experience of the Habit here in Reno and they were super busy on a Saturday night but the staff was amazing! The food wasn't the greatest but the staff and the time it took to receive our food was great!
Bad quality! Where is the presentation of the burger!? As a former Habit cook employee at a different Habit restaurant I would have never made a burger as bad as these. That cheese melt could have been done a lot better. The fries were cold too.
We are staying at the hotel so decided to try this for a quick bite to eat. My husband ordered the Santa Fe Burger and it was lack luster to say the least. The sour dough bread could barely hold the burger and they cut it in such a way that part of the burger was only about a quarter of the whole burger and had hardly any toppings on it, not cheese.
