The ambiance and menu were great, the service was not there. Our server did not know the answers to our questions regarding the mimosa tower, she did not provide an option to best suit our requests (she said the champagne and juice are already premixed but another table got their tower with no mix added) she never followed up with us after receiving our food to ask if we needed any sauce or check in, we had to go up to another server to ask for another bottle of champagne, condiments, and our tab. I brought in 9 of my friends to Brunch here. Our waiter knew nothing about the menu. Asked one of the ladies 5 times what she ordered. Tenders and cakes. She had the easiest meal and got it last and well after our food. Two of us ordered the famous oxtails n grits they call it. Our portion was extremely small, and grits were old and reheated. Great atmosphere. Food underwhelming. Service super slow. No one approached our table until sitting there almost 45 minutes. Food items ordered forgotten and not received. Fried chicken and crawfish beignets fried in old oil.

Food wasn’t good, entree came before appetizers, rice was cool and rib suya was warm, fish was warm and rice was cold. Wasn’t worth it at all…

The food didn’t look like what was advertised. Portions are too small for the restaurant to be as expensive as it is. It was a no I won’t be a repeat customer for me.

Absolutely awful experience. We waited over 30 minutes to get water in plastic cups, our waitress completely disappeared after she took our order, so we got up and left after being there for an hour and nobody checked on us. The kitchen staff looked very stressed and the whole time we were sitting there, only 2 plates of food came out (which were both returned). Very sad. Mother’s Day RUINED.

We stopped by for brunch. They had several drinks offered but “the bartender was sick “ and they could only provide mimosas . I feel they should have brought management or someone more skilled to fill in.

Their IG page says brunch is from 10-4, but the website says they open at 11:00. I tried calling for clarification and there was no answer, so I just made an 11:00 reservation for Saturday brunch. We arrived on time and were promptly seated. It took about 15 minutes to get waters. The waiter said he had to cut some lemons. That took about another 10 min. It was their soft opening but 1: They didn’t have enough menus to go around. 2: we had 5 people. First persons plate came out, 4 more came out almost 20 minutes later, the last dish ( A Caesar salad with chicken) came out 15 minutes after that. 3: service was spotty at best. A lot of people standing and running around but no real order.
