I put this on your instagram page as well. I came in last night me and 2 family members. The ladies(hostesses) were awesome the food awesome. The waitress awful. She got the drink order wrong. Once it was brought to her attention she didn’t apologize or try to correct it. I got my food before I got my drink. After I paid I looked at my receipt we all ordered loaded fries well we were each charged extra for chicken to be added which neither of asked for. Took 30 mins to be seated despite having a reservation and another 30 mins just to get water. After waiting for 2 hours with no food or drinks we walked out.
We were seated 45 minutes after our reservation. They ran out of most of the menu, and the food they did have took over an hour to cook. They gave everyone fries as an apology. The drinks were not good and the chairs were very uncomfortable.
Never took our order. Claimed the kitchen was back up for over an hour
Service was terrible. Table wasn’t ready for my reservation. Service was subpar we were told the kitchen was backed up, and proceeded to bring food to tables who came after us. Ordered an appetizer and I didn’t like it and they got an attitude when my table sent it back.
I did not enjoy our experience at this facility. I am in town visiting for the week and my friend suggested this facility based off of our interest in R&B, hookah, and happy hour options. Walking in, we were very excited. The ambiance was amazing and the music was as well. Upon leaving the restroom, my friend and I checked in and were seated. We made a reservation for brunch. After 10 minutes of no service our party left. The noise level was extremely loud and caused sensory disruption for our party. I appreciate a “casual vibe” or background music but the restaurant gave day party vibes. I won’t be returning.
We came here to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. We waited more than an hour and fifteen minutes to get our food. Apparently the kitchen was backed up due to another large party, but this was not communicated to us. If we would have known about the extreme delay, we probably would’ve went elsewhere considering how hungry we all were. It was very cold, when I asked for the WIFI password no one had any clue and the server made no attempt to find out the catfish was undercooked and the server didn’t tell me that the gratuity was included so when I asked she had an attitude! Overall my experience was 0 out of 10 I will not be back and I don’t recommend!
