We arrived and they told us the kitchen was closed. Why allow reservations when the kitchen is closed?
Had made a reservation that was not honored for indoor seating which I picked they asked me to sit outside where it was breezy and not so hot and there was no music that was being able to hear just a small speaker I asked for a manager and the manager did not come a lead came I still was not helpful so I got my items and I left
Our server was AWESOME!!! The spinach dip was mid and the drink was tiny and I didn’t taste any alcohol
Great food! Service was terrible! Waiter had to wait on other tables and was doing the best he could do. Never got our hookah, took too long to bring drinks. We had to ask several times. Finally, we said forget the hookah. We were seated in the middle and each table on the side of us got their food before us. I loved the atmosphere. I will not be going back soon.
Food was good. Music was way too loud. Could barely have a conversation or even order food at 5pm
Food was cool but takes a long time to get there. Takes awhile for servers to attend to you as well.
The restaurant is poorly ran. I feel it’s short staffed for the amount of people they have in there at a time. The service is horrible, they sit you down and don’t come check on you for about 30 minutes after. They only focus on bigger tables. The food was average, nothing spectacular, slightly overpriced.
What a horrible experience…. DO NOT BELIVE THE HYPE. The service here is horrible. I had a party of 2 and made reservations for 7pm. Got there around 6:50pm and the place was jumping so I’m like ok ok we finna have a good time. We didn’t get sat until 7:10 ish (not a big deal) the problem came in when we were just sitting at our table for over 30 minutes without being greeted. I put this on your instagram page as well. I came in last night me and 2 family members. The ladies(hostesses) were awesome the food awesome. The waitress awful. She got the drink order wrong. Once it was brought to her attention she didn’t apologize or try to correct it. I got my food before I got my drink. After I paid I looked at my receipt we all ordered loaded fries well we were each charged extra for chicken to be added which neither of asked for.
