I cannot say one negative thing about my experience purchasing a home with the Kombrink Team. Miles was very knowledgeable about the surrounding market and helped me find a house that would be the right fit for me. Whenever I had a concern or question I received a prompt response - it didn't matter if it was during the evening or on the weekend. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and should I buy/sell in the future I would use them again!

Professional, positive, great to work with. Great advertising and had lots of showings. Was also able to sell my parent's house in addition to my own. Knew what they were doing and made you feel like you were their priority.

We had the pleasure of working with Miles Tischhauser at Kombrink Realty - he was easy to get a hold of when we had questions, was very patient with us when our lender caused a couple delays, and offered us great advice during the entire search, offer, inspection, and closing process - he's young, he's smart, and he's willing to move on quickly when you decide that a certain house isn't for you - he really wants you to find what YOU want, not what he wants - a great quality in a Realtor!

Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Quick close with a VA property which seems nearly unheard of.

We recently worked with Miles Tischhauser of the Kombrink team. Miles worked hard to help us find a home in a short time period. He always answered our calls/emails quickly. He has a good knowledge of the area and great negotiating skills. He was able to get the Seller to come down substantially in price. We appreciated his efforts and skills and will most definately use him in the future.

The whole team did a fantastic job. We worked directly with Miles T and had an excellent experience. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process and did a great job thoroughly explaining everything to us. This is a excellent team with plenty of energy, expertise and experience. Matt was quick to respond to all our questions and concerns as well as giving us solid advise. Matt was very good in showing me a great variety of homes in my price range. He was patient and upbeat with me during the ups and downs of buying a home. His professional attitude was outstanding. I was also impressed with the professionalism of Matt's staff including Miles Tischauser, Pam Kombrink, and Cherie Reimer.
