Best move you'll ever make! I've moved several times in my life and and the kombrink team was one of the best I've ever experienced. I had already had an appraisal done and their number was ight on. I know in this day and age photos are everything. I got help from their home stager and the finished shots were spectacular. It sold a lot faster than I had been planning. I got a fair price and was very happy with their honesty and straight forward approach. No more moves in my future but I will be spreadin the word!

You should for sure call these folks if you're moving! Driving around town looking on my own I kept seeing their signs everywhere so I figured they were the ones to call. I worked with Michelle and she was very accommodating. I'm lucky to have found my new home and lucky to have worked with the Kombrinks. I'll never use another realtor!

Marvin you should be proud, you raise a fine boy in Matt. He was a pro just like his pop. He explained things in a way I could understand. Even though I don't quite get all the stuff he had to do I know him and the team helped me find and close on my new home. I couldn't be happier here and love the neighborhood! You raised him right sir and I will tell everyone I know to use Matt kombrink!

Matt was very nice to deal with. He was always easy to contact and could answer any questions I had. I like that a lot of his family works with him it made me feel he had a genuine interest in my home purchase. He seemed to have a lot of added perks that I don't think other agents have like a movin truck and some good local contacts for things I needed done after the closing. He's a good guy!

You showed nothing but professionalism and courtesy despite our numerous requests to see homes. We never felt pressured and got the impression you genuinely cared about our move. Michelle Collingbourne is the best! She was able to relate to my situation in a personal way and really helped ease my anxiety over moving out of my childhood home. There were quite a few showings which got me excited and there was an offer sooner than I had expected. Not only did Michelle do a superb job, she was an angel in my time of need. Anything I can do to send business her way I will do!

After interviewing a few agents, I chose the kombrink team because it was obvious they had done their homework. I see their signs all over town so they must be doing something right. Workin with Maegan was great, she was always there to keep me updated and brainstorm about helping me sell which we eventually did! I got to know a few of her team mates and the whole bunch of hem reall care about us clients. It will be a pleasure referring them to fiends and family.

I can't say enough about the Kombrinks! I found them online and quickly saw they have a strong presence which could definitely help me sell. They were very thorough in determining my homes value ( it hadn't gone down as much as I thought). Chris came out and took some beautiful photos and we were up and running. The sale came quicker than I thought and we got pretty close to asking price. I can't imagine a smoother sale. My batts off to the kombrink team. Thanks so much!

My wife and I worked with Matt and he was a pleasure to deal with. From our first phone conversation explaining what we were looking for through showings and ultimately finding our new home, we found him accessible, honest and a great listener. I really couldn't have been more pleased. Of course we will reccomend Matt and his team to anyone we know that's in the market.
