"Purchase of Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited" Emailed back and forth for several weeks as I live 4hrs away from the dealership. Very attentive sales person. Quick to respond every time even after hours. She was totally prepared for me when I made the trip to Thunder Bay, met me at the door. Was prepared for me to make the purchase right away.

"Other then the salesman..." Dealing with Nick Figliomeni was the best part of buying my new truck. He made sure everything I wanted and the things I did not want were in the truck. He is very easy to deal with. The last 3 trucks I have bought from Lakehead and he by far is the best salesmen I have ever dealt with including other dealers! As far as dealing with Bryan Sullivan from the finance department it changed my overall experience buying a new truck. I felt I was in the gong show! "Great People, great vechiles, great experience!" I have dealt with this dealership since 1995. Our purchase this time was quick easy and non-stressful. Nick in sales was very pleasant professional and kind. I highly recommend him as a sales associate. Erin in financing is lovely and efficient. Caring for our past purchases, Grant in the service dept, always works for our better good! Honestly this dealership cares about it's customers for the long run . We have established a trust and my loyalty.

"Patient Salesperson" Always wanting to buy a Jeep - I debated over a 'new' 2014 Wrangler Unlimited off the lot - but in the end wound up ordering a 2015 Wrangler Unlimited from the factory. Although sometimes distracted by other customers/calls due to being busy - Brendan Dillon was a very helpful, patient and efficient salesperson with EXCEPTIONAL communication skills. "Awesome service " Exceptional service, sales people went above and beyond expectations to find the vehicle I was looking for. They even reopened the parts department after hours so I could get the parts I needed to continue my weekend plans. Great dealership and people. A+++
