Kim was very efficient with the sale of our home. She came and gave a personalized suggestion of how to best stage the house to show off its storage space and allow potential buyers to see the home. Todd took great pictures that showed off the homes character and charm, in some ways that were hidden to even us! Kim was very responsive the entire time of the sale, from the listing going live to the signing of the sale. We will definitely be utilizing her expertise in any future home sales! Actually made moving an incredible experience. Kim does an amazing job and obviously takes? pride in her work, which is VERY refreshing now a days. The amenities they offer takes a lot of the stress out of moving. Her attention to detail surpasses any I've seen in the businesses. Kim and her team were awesome to work with. She was thorough in her initial explanation of what this first time seller could expect by using her team to sell. After a theft from my property, she went above and beyond to deliver and make the closing happen. Kim had to of made 100 phone calls on my closing day, and worked on it till after 6pm, on a Friday leading into a holiday weekend! I was very impressed and would recommend her to anyone.
