I live in Virginia and I contacted Brad to show some houses to my parents while I was in town visiting. Communication between Brad and myself was very efficient and he was very helpful helping my parents find a new house. He explained the contract and process to them very thoroughly and was always available for any questions we might of had. I highly recommend him and would use him again.

Brad is the ultimate professional. He helped us find and purchase our current home several years ago. He showed us multiple properties and was very knowledgeable about the area. Our experience with Linda Frierdich Century 21 office was all very positive. The most refreshing part of the experience was the office staff – As a seller, we had our fair share of questions; and not once did anyone express frustration. Our house sold while we were out of the country with limited access to phone or computer. This required extra effort on their part to secure the sales contract. Everything from start to finish was done very professional and expedient.

Kim is very knowledgable in the Real Estate business. She knows what it takes to sell houses!! Kim was very responsive as my agent. She was helpful when there were inspections and I couldn't be there! She sold my house in 20 days!!! I highly recommend Kim Ruhl.
