Kim was the best real estate agent I have worked with. She is very realistic about comparables and is very helpful in setting and negotiating price so that you can get the most profit from selling your home in a timely manner. She is very approachable and was always available when I had a question or needed advice. She definitely went out of her way to get our house sold and she will forever be our go-to agent!

When Kim and I first met to discuss listing my house she was very honest and candid with me. She told me I had over-improved my house and may not be able to get what the house is actually worth. She quickly answered all communication directed to her and guided me in making all the right moves to get my house sold. Everyone from Century 21 went out of their way to assist us in our buying and selling processes. With Linda's advice we were able to get our house looking its best and we had a contract signed on it after just 4 days of being on the market! So happy we chose Linda and Century 21.

Linda has sold two homes for me in the past 10 years. Her expertise is amazing. Anything my husband and I needed or had questions with, she or one of her staff contacted us immediately with the answer. I cannot think of one reason why I wouldn't recommend Linda and her staff at Century 21 Advantage for all your home selling/buying needs.
