Brad was very patient with me and my son when we were looking for our first home in the summer. i could not have asked for a better real estate agent. was always available when i had questions and very helpful. i would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a home.

I have performed several Home Inspection for Brads clients in the past several years. Some of the Inspection go without many issues and other do not go as well as everyone would like. In my experience with Inspections that end up having issues or problems unforeseen, some agents would be upset with the findings. Brad was wonderful. He was always there with the answers to all our questions. He guided us through every step of the process. We depended heavily on his expertise and he never steered us wrong. Because of the care we received from Brad as our buying agent we had no qualms about going with his company to help us sell our other house. Although Brad was the Buyer's agent for that transaction, we have no doubt that because of our previous relationship with him things went more smoothly with the sale.

Very quick at finding homes your looking for. Looked for 2 years with other agents. Brad found our home in a couple weeks. Helped a lot with first time buying. Will continue to use the same relator when I'm ready to sell and purchase new home and that will be brad. Would refer him highly to anyone in the market

Brad was absolutely wonderful to work with! He made the buying process seem so easy! I would send Brad homes that I was interested in and he would set up appointments immediately and was very flexible! When we found "the home", my husband and I had lots of questions regarding the closing. We were constantly sending Brad questions and messages and he would go above and beyond to make sure we stayed on track with everything! I would absolutely use Brad if we ever choose to move again!

My husband and I were first time home buyers. Brad was with us throughout the whole processes. He always quickly responded and answered all of our questions. We had a latter move in date in mind, but fell in love with a home that we wanted to be our first home and Brad helped make that dream into a reality. Linda sold our home fast! We were especially impressed with the marketing of our home. I believe her listings (visuals and descriptions) are superior to other agents' listings and it's because of her attention to detail. She is an expert and putting your home in the spotlight. Linda was also very responsive and helpful along the way with questions and problems. Her team is buttoned-up, too. Lindsey is especially great!
