Ecellent agent would highley recommend her there is a reason you see her signs everywhere and that's becuase she is the best!!! Linda came the next day after inquiring about selling our house with her and posted pics and had it on the market like 2 days later. Our response rate was awesome. We had like 5 showings every weekend and sold it in less than 60 days.

We put our home up for sale in Columbia, IL in Nov. 2014 to move back to St. Louis. With the help of Linda and her team, our home sold within two weeks! The whole process was easy. Linda and her staff worked with me both times I had my house on the market (the first time was in the midst of the real estate crash and the bottom had fallen out of the market) and were completely competent and professional and, due to their diligence, we were ultimately successful in making the sale. Customer service is first on their list of concerns and it shows. I would absolutely recommend Linda to friends and family and will certainly use her services the next time I'm ready to buy or sell.
