Our experience with Linda Frierdich Century 21 office was all very positive. The most refreshing part of the experience was the office staff – As a seller, we had our fair share of questions; and not once did anyone express frustration. Our house sold while we were out of the country with limited access to phone or computer. This required extra effort on their part to secure the sales contract. Everything from start to finish was done very professional and expedient.
We listed our house with Linda; however, our house did not sell. Working with Linda and her associates was professional and responsive. All phone calls were returned in a timely manner.
I have nothing but good things to say about my experience having Kim sell our family home. She was very helpful working with us through the sale during a stressful and difficult time. She was always patient and understanding and kept our best interests first when making decisions along the way.
