Linda and her team are absolutely amazing! I bought my house over 3 years ago from Angi L. They are so knowledgeable on all aspects of house buying/selling. Currently in the process of getting my house on the market with Linda and just amazed and the know how and professionalism Linda brings to the table! I can't wait to get the journey of selling and buying a new house through Linda and Angi going! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Linda and her whole team! Thank you for making the buying process as painless as possible!
I do not recommend. She was unresponsive to my texts and calls. Also seems more interested in her personal life than assisting as an agent. I think there are better agents in the area who are more assertive and genuinely interested in being helpful.
Maybe Brad knows O'Fallon, but let me tell you, we had a MISERABLE experience with Brad. We were a military family. I called him from Ohio and explained that I would be out in the area for five days. I wanted to look at homes for three days and on the third day I'd make an offer and wanted to do the home inspection on day four or five. I asked if he would be up to a whirl wind experience like that because I would be demanding a lot of his time. He said absolutely. We felt like their office didn't like working with us because we were not selling or buying a high end home. We had to call their office to get things accomplished. They were not calling us. They got the job done, but it wasn't the best experience.
