Linda has sold two homes for me in the past 10 years. Her expertise is amazing. Anything my husband and I needed or had questions with, she or one of her staff contacted us immediately with the answer. I cannot think of one reason why I wouldn't recommend Linda and her staff at Century 21 Advantage for all your home selling/buying needs.

When I was in the Real Estate business, Linda Frierdich and her team were by far the most knowledgeable agents in the area. They are passionate about preserving our communities, treating sellers and buyers fairly and working tirelessly to help clients through the process of home ownership. Linda also knows the value of marketing and invests a considerable amount in order to get the visibility necessary to draw in the largest pool of sellers and buyers. If you are going to buy or sell, she and her team are your very best bet.

We built a house in Columbia and had to sell it after only living in it for one year due to job relocation. So our experience with Linda is on both sides of the transaction. When we sold although a relocation deal she treated us like family who was looking out for our best interest. Linda definitely knows the area has her finger on the market and works with a team that is undisputedly the best in the buisness. We have bought and sold 8 homes and no one does it as good as her team. Even in a rough economy!

Used Linda's real estate group to purchase and list a home. Linda really knows what she is doing! She came over before we listed our house to give us some pointers on what to do to help it sell. Once we did those things she came back and told us what to price our house at to get it to sell quickly. Then took amazing pictures that made our house really pop! Our home was under contract within 9 days of listing with her. She is amazing!!
