We built a house in Columbia and had to sell it after only living in it for one year due to job relocation. So our experience with Linda is on both sides of the transaction. When we sold although a relocation deal she treated us like family who was looking out for our best interest. Linda definitely knows the area has her finger on the market and works with a team that is undisputedly the best in the buisness. Linda really knows what she is doing! She came over before we listed our house to give us some pointers on what to do to help it sell. Once we did those things she came back and told us what to price our house at to get it to sell quickly. Then took amazing pictures that made our house really pop! Our home was under contract within 9 days of listing with her. She is amazing!!
