I am sorry to say my experiences with Manor are not good. I am in real estate, so not only do I live in a property they now manage, but I have occasion to talk to many managers at Manor and other Property Management companies. Some people at Manor are great, helpful, friendly and responsive, others never return calls. I am very dissatisfied with the changes at my complex since the board went to Manor. Manor has managed our HOA for several years now. Over the years our property has been assigned different property managers - some better than others. Things seem to be WORSE than ever. The company implemented a new customer service department which in theory is a good idea. However, the four calls I've made to their "customer service" folks have gone unanswered and unresolved.
