As a Realtor, I have the opportunity of working with different Home Owner Associations. I liked working with April Simao of the Manor Association in Redwood City very much; she is kind, polite, and efficient. When I needed to get documents like CC&R, she provided them right away. When my Escrow officer had questions, she could always give us the answers or direct us to the right resources. I congratulate the Manor Association for having such a great employee as April.
In past two weeks I had a couple of requirements (1 parking 2 documentation related to my acct) and both were handled very promptly and very well. Thanks to April S for her excellent coordination and work. Much appreciated timely responses and get things done! -Srinivas
I have a document that requires to get a loan and April from Manor is in charge of obtaining the document for me. Thank to her I was able to get what I needed on a timely manner. Her service is great and I appreciate for a quick response from her. 5 stars for April. 3 stars for the manor for the fee. Last year I paid $100 for this document and this year they charged $125 for Hoa certification. Fees is unreasonable.
As mentioned by other posters, Manor's management is completely incompetent and very shady in terms of their dealings with vendors that they use. Since they have managed our complex we have seen property values drop dramatically and the fees that owners have to pay for dues and special assessments have sky rocketed. Once they are in, you can't get rid of them either. Stay away.

I am first time homeowner in the process of purchasing a condo at Mariners in San Mateo. I called Manor Association to find out what I need to do to get the specific documents needed to get my loan going. I've made several calls for various reasons to the Manor Association over the last few years. Recently, I have happened to work with April, a Customer Service Rep at Manor, and this review is specifically for her. I have always been happy with April's level of service, enthusiasm, energy, and professionalism. Had a water leak in the garage on a Sunday morning. Panicked on how I would get helped on a Sunday, let alone how much it would cost. I called the HOA # and was referred to the hot-line #, someone answered right away verified my address and had a plumber call me within minutes to schedule a same day repair. By 3:45 pm, the repair was complete and leak was gone all at no additional cost. Very happy with the handling of the situation....Thanks to the Manor Association!!
I added another star today not because the company is doing better with the work but it is becasue of Mr. Brian Campisi sent me a text within the week regarding to the post. His action shows me that he cares about his company. We called Mr. Campisi yesterday and discuss the problems with him. He was willing to talk to us for almost 1/2 hours after 5:30pm.
