I find it humorous that Mr. Campisi states in a rebuttal to my original review... " If you take a look at our filtered reviews, you will see dozens of reviews and comments from very satisfied customers" Obviously, Mr. Campisi hasn't read the reviews. 99% state what horrible service they provide to those that pay HOA dues. They are supposed to be working for homeowners, and not on the "take" from board members and against homeowners who pay their salaries!!! Disgusting...from the bottom, all the way to the top...Mr. Campisi

This company is cold blooded. They take your money through the HOA every single month, and it is not little money. But they don't care about the people. When something doesn't go expected, they don't do what is their reasonable responsibility, but treat you as a piece of trouble. But hey, when the monthly money goes to them, they will happily take it. So you to them, is a trouble when you contact them, but you are a gold coin when it is their monthly fee time and their salary time each month. And with this bad service, how ... read more

Joel and Debi are very responsive, listen well, understanding, and have lots of experience. I feel they generally care about people's concerns and it really shows. It's nice to have folks like this helping and working for you. This was demonstrated with my refinance process and water damage recovery experience

Another boner for The Manor.... Needed a form for my refi filled out... Would have taken five minutes... Wanted 140 bucks! I am filling it out myself.... After thousands in high priced "management" with bogus and expensive "projects" over the years.... What hutzpah! Wow, you got some stones dude!

I own two condos in different complexes both run by Manor. I have had different property managers, some being better than others. I can say after having a major issue with a sewer backup earlier in the year they were great. Rob Hyman, the property manager at that condo went beyond his duties to insure everything was done quickly and safely. Everyone that I dealt with thought he was fantastic, too bad he can't run them all.

I am not a big fan of negative reviews but these guys are probably the worst professional organization I've ever dealt with. I have been dealing with Dan Kane and I am not pleased whatsoever. He has shown me zero respect. Here's a timeline of the last few months: - May - Sprinkler line breaks in roof, causes massive damage in my building. The Manor Association doesn't call or inform me, says they didn't have my number (they did). My neighbor calls to inform me my house is flooded while I'm out of town. Remediation company co... read more

I have been renting a condo that is under the Manor Assoc. umbrella of management. While renting, my license plate expired and stolen on the property. While I did not have a back plate, the association looked up my license plate while parked in my private spot to then notify me with a car tag stating that the registration is expired. This is fine, thank you for letting me know, without letting me know you are looking up my personal information. The next couple days, I went and got the car's registration after getting my plat... read more

Hello Brian, I am unhappy with Candace Porter's response time, attitude, and her overall tone. I had to email her and cc my hoa board president over 4 times in a two week period just to get a response from her...and it was a rude response. When i call in to speak to her supervisor, i get transferred to her assistant who is useless in transferring me to anyone with authority. We are trying to get the building FHA approved and she has made it her mission in life to stand in the way of progress. We are tasked with increasing yo... read more

Similar to what other reviewers have said, stay away from building that are managed by Manor. This is a racket. They charge people for any thing and everything they can find. We pay $400 in HOA every month but to get a questionnaire filled out for refinancing is another $140! Yes, $140 for something that will take less than 10 mins. I could fill out the thing on my own.
