Both Shannon Hoffman-Hall and Brian Campisi never responded my repeated emails/inquiries. Especially Shannon, she has had more than 2 months to respond my business inquires but sadly chose not to. One must wonder why we are paying our monthly HOA dues for someone not doing their jobs! NO wonder why they have so many "one star" negative reviews here. If you're thinking about selecting a new HOA, do yourself a favor by going with someone else as Manor does not deserve your business!!

I would rate this a zero if there was such a rating. We own 2 condos in 2 different complexes both HOA's managed by the Manor Association. Same experience. Bottom line customer care is not in their vocabulary. They are un-responsive to homeowner inquiries or concerns and when you finally get their attention (after pointing out potential risk of injury or loss) they are condescending. Brian and Debi are awesome! He read my review and immediately took care of business and I finally got my key after years. We have the typical problems that other associations have, but considering the enormous problems they've inherited I think they are doing their best. Ric is amazing too. When I had a concern about my neighbor, he sent a very nice, thoughtful email to reassure me that things would be ok and he understood my dilemma. This is only for Ruby in accounting department. She took care of my ACH issues several times. She is very responsible and replies quickly all the time. With her help, I can quickly solve my concerns and no need to call back again for the same issue.
My HOA has The Manor Association for property management. Their service STINKS!!! I have contacted the company over several months for the investigation report about mold growth in the garage right under my bedroom. So far nobody replied me. They even tried to blame me for the water damage due to the leaky water heater upstairs. They are very sloppy, not follow through. I am running out of my patience, I would like to get them fired.

I've called this management company a few times and every time I've received the answers, suggestions and assistance I've looked for and always from a very kind, professional person on the other end. I have a feeling other reviewers may be confusing their Homeowners Association, the group their dues are sent to, with this management company. My HOA just recently hired Manor for our professional management, and there was an initial error in my account introduced in the transition somehow. A total of 3 different friendly people in the Manor Accounting Department were immediately eager to fix it for me, and that kind of service is so unusual these days. They came up with the right numbers quickly, and my interactions with them so far give a very outstanding first impression. I live in the town homes at Cahill Park. The manor association maintains them. They do a great job of making sure the outside is always clean and tidy and looks great. I put out 2 services calls to them and they responded immediately. Best HOA I have dealt with.
I was representing a seller of a condo on the Mid-Peninsula. Manor responded to my inquiries promptly and professionally. I dealt with Brian W., Suzanne V. and Nan D., all of them were great to deal with.
