Similar to what other reviewers have said, stay away from building that are managed by Manor. This is a racket. They charge people for any thing and everything they can find. We pay $400 in HOA every month but to get a questionnaire filled out for refinancing is another $140! Yes, $140 for something that will take less than 10 mins. I could fill out the thing on my own.

I had my first experience with Lauriedale HOA's new/previous management company today. Minutes after I e-mailed April at Manor, she answered with a copy of the information that I needed. The previous management company never answered a e-mail, they would bill late fees and sent out statements that weren't clear enough to figure out which month they failed to record. Thank you April and Manor for your help
I need an HOA certificate for refinancing. April did a great job. But the charge of $140 for filling out a page of questionair is high. We paid more $450 HOA monthly already.
Well I have made numerous calls over the five years I have been here and not one has been personally returned. They do respond to email most of the time. I feel customer service is not a priority and maybe they are dealing with too much at the office. Not well organized!

I lived on Shorebird Island for ten years having recently sold and moved. The Manor was our property manager the entire time, and I served on the HOA Board for a period of time. Long story short I have dealt with better companies and I certainly have dealt with worse. Please keep in mind they deal with Boards who do not have consensus within the Board. I really had great experince with The Manor Association. The person who helped me, April Simao, is simply awesome. I had to turn in my paper work within very shortime period. April turned my paper work around so quickly and really helped me! Thank you, April!

Really bad! costumer sevice they don't have a clue what it that means! for a simple letter requested by my bank , I went there in person they said to me there was a fee of over $160.00 to type my name and adress of my property and to say that I was current, regarless the fee, it took them three days to type it. I believe if we pay our HOA fee, we deserve a better service, since we pay for the service, is not like if you are asking for free things. I called in desperation because the tree in front of my house became a tree sanctuary and their toilet was my driveway! Debbie sympathized with my situation and told me she would place a work order right away. Within an hour or so my doorbell rang and the tree service was ready to start trimming the tree! WHAT GREAT SERVICE! The tree still looks beautiful yet nice and trim. Thanks Debbie! You're awesome!! I'll be calling you again, now for the trees on the other side to balance it all out. Thanks! : )
