This is the second time we purchased a mattress at Mattress Factory. It was a wonderful experience. Prior we went to another mattress store and felt pressured, it was not pleasant. As soon as we walked into the Mattress Factory we felt welcomed and not pressured. We were looking for a value mattress and did not feel pressured. I had a great experience at this place. From the time I walked in until my sale was final. Very friendly and family oriented place. Price was even better! My sales associate was awesome and very knowledgeable.
II had a wonderful shopping experience at The Mattress Factory! They had plenty of inventory on the floor and in stock. The prices are very reasonable. My sales associate was Len. He was very Knowledgeable about every mattress in the store. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, and Len did not try to up sale me. He was working in the store with Dennis, they both were very friendly. If you are in the market for a mattress, I highly recommend The Mattress Factory!!!

What a pleasure it was to buy my new Tempurpedic mattress from The Mattress Factory in Springfield, PA. Dennis was very helpful insuring I got the right mattress for me. It was a warm and friendly experience with zero pressure In fact he wound up saving me money. I highly recommend this business!

I can't recommend this store enough. Went in on a Friday evening with a lot of questions and concerns and they walked me through everything they had. I'm an indecisive guy and was worried about being rushed or going back and forth to some mattresses a couple of times, but nope, they encouraged it which was really refreshing! Great experience and will be back.
