My girlfriend and I went in to start our Memorial Day shopping. She's one of those over-analytical researchers, complete with the notebook. It didn't take long for Dennis to find us the right bed and make it easy to forgo the week long escapade any major purchase usually entails. He knew all the facts and took the time to explain things in English despite it being a crowded Saturday. I'll recommend the Mattress Factory in Springfield to my friends and family.

Dennis was very helpful in helping us to decide which mattress to purchase. Allowed us plenty of time to try out the mattresses; we did not feel rushed, he answered all our questions and only gave his opinion when we asked for it. Delivery was when promised and they were efficient and set up the frame in no time. Would definitely recommend The Mattress Factory.

Ron and Dennis were knowledgeable and fun to work with and seeking information from. This was my first time mattress shopping so I went into it not knowing what I’m doing. Dennis was so helpful and helped to guide me to the right comfort level that I wanted and what would be best for me as a side sleeper. It was great to have him narrow down some options for me to try and he gave me plenty of time to test them out on my own.
