We arrived and were greeted by Wesley Nichols. After just a few questions, he had narrowed our choices down to a few. We tried the mattress out and picked the one that was just what we were looking for. The process was quick and positive!

My wife and I were shopping for a new mattress and we did excessive research online. We visited several mattress stores and could not find a mattress store that was more friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. Mattress Factory has a great selection. Wesley who helped us with our mattress provided a great service. He was very knowledge and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. We walked out of the store feeling like we walked away with a great deal from a family owned company!
