My wife and I were shopping for a new mattress and we did excessive research online. We visited several mattress stores and could not find a mattress store that was more friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. Mattress Factory has a great selection. Wesley who helped us with our mattress provided a great service. He was very knowledge and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. We walked out of the store feeling like we walked away with a great deal from a family owned company!

Do not consider buying a mattress from any other firm! After being unimpressed with the indifference and lack of interest in our needs at other mattress stores, we finally visited the Mattress Factory in Newtown Square.
