I throughly enjoy my weekly visits to The Queen…….my lunches in the 1717 restaurant are always delicious. I enjoy playing blackjack at the $10 table…..the dealers are always very friendly. The Queen gives me very little free slot play but am grateful for what is given to me. The bathrooms are always clean and sanitized nicely. I enjoy being able to cash a check with no added fees……that’s a big plus! Thank you for the security guards…..I am a single 83 year old and I feel safe whenever I am there.

Updates are nice. First time to get a Player card and the attendant was nice. Could improve beverage service. There for four hours and never was approached by server.

I might not have played the highest but my bonus was really bad, I was playing a few thousands a month or a week. My bonus would continue to go down. You toke the value of the bonus for players down. Your customers are very valuable.

Had a great time!! Played several new machines and loved that I got to play for a while with the pay back. Looked for more of the older poker machines but couldn’t find them. I used to enjoy the poker machines when the Boat first opened, there was a room of them. Great service with familer faces that always made me feel special. Will spread the word of the good time I had & bring some friends.
