I visited the Queen casino late Wednesday night, March 6, 2024. I downloaded my $15 freeplay on the kiosk & played one of my favorite slot machines; but did not have any luck 🍀. Then I went to the smoking 🚬 terrace (but I do not smoke) to play a Buffalo 🦬 Ascension slot machine 🎰. I invested $60 b4 I won it back. Then I put another $20 and won $500. My Experience at The Queen Baton Rouge is always great the service from the Valet Attendants to the Servers and slot attendants is exceptional. There's one particular slot attendant name Kedrick I think he's a supervisor but he always makes sure we're ok and bring us water. There's this other lady they call her wise she's over the bartenders she's awesome always looking out to see if we need anything. The Queen has some great employees.

On my last visit I enjoyed my visit much better than the last several months as far as slot play. The piped-in music always great! The customer service team were polite and helpful. I order my food from 1717, with helpful service. A couple of suggestions: I did not intend on staying ALL day long as I did. Each restaurant closed about 10pm and patrons who play all night cannot purchase any food or snack after that time. Include white zinfindel in your next order. Food Service and Staff is great! Need more drink servers on the floor. Players kiosk is needed near 3 Woks Noodle Bar area. Slots aren't loose at all. More winners are needed! (Jackpots)
