This issue is about Saturday drawing in March: Arrived around 6:00pm and swiped at kios, had est. 21,900 entries, around 8:20pm my entries dropped to 7,000 then to “ 0” . I spoke to Chris about this and said there was a “glitch” in the system. So, drawing continued, which meant I had no chance to win!! Weeks after I’ve called several time about this issue and no one has reached out to me.. It’s misleading and unfair to advertise a promotion like this and have this happen.. the good thing about my visit was that i won some money. the bad was the music was so loud you could not talk to the person next to you. after being their for around 2 hours i finally saw a waitress and ordered a whiskey and coke. what a joke that was. when she brought it was in the smallest glass i have ever seen in a casino,two sips and it was all gone.

Yesterday I was there from 130 to 630 the cocktail waitress was so mad because me and others wanted a soda or water when she did make it to where we was located at it was a problem I just told her to omit my order I never had a experience like that when it was the Hollywood let her know if she don’t won’t her job stay home that casino is too nice and pretty for an ugly attitude she had.
