The casino hostesses don’t return calls or if you ask to speak to one how conveniently they are always in a meeting. When they see you they never address the concerns or just avoid you. I've been playing and that place for so long and I never hit a thing jackpot not even a minor I understand that sometimes you guys got to make your money but 30 times in a row and I didn't not even a f****** minor

On 9/10/24Eddie Edwards I no was worng got a little hot said some things but have never been treated I have call almost 20 times no will talk me. JUST GO TO LAUBERGE!! When u walkin and Dnt hear no machines goin off. Walked around ppl literally hard less than $10 on their machines! ITS A SCAM BLACK PPL! And it’s just for us! I seen not one Caucasian! Played max bet jus to try. It was literally giving me .30 cents on max bet! This is place is jus another way to rob the black community
Love the casino & layout, especially the short distance from parking to casino. It would be nice to have a coverered area to park though. Most of your employees are kind & friendly. The music is TOO LOUD & AWFUL. Most of your clientele are older & would prefer something besides whatever is being played now.
