I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I frequent 1717 at The Queen for the concerts that are held there due to most of the performers are personal friends of mine so I come to support along with my co workers and community affiliates. I tend to come in hours in advance to secure a seat close to the stage preferably the bar. Well I experienced a horrible encounter with the promoter which rudely came to me and stated I had to move due to these bar seats was reserved. Please don't get me started I'll never go back I won more with Hollywood Casino the pay outs have dropped hopefully their business drops too .I've could never win past 150.00 they have gotten soop cheap really it's long way to drive to lose your money

My visit was royal ! Very nice and accommodating staff and beautiful , clean casino . Temperature was great and so was the music playing . Very enjoyable visit ! I will visit again soon .

What a wonderful casino experience. Staff was great and everyone worked as a team and each and everyone went the extra mile to make my experience fun relaxing and enjoyable. The best casino I have visited hands down. Most of all security made me feel safe without being over powering. Truly best in the business hands down
