I enjoyed listening to the DJ and I come out faithfully every Friday and play. However, I don’t get chosen to receive any gifts and I have a friend that don’t come as often and don’t play half the money I play and have received free gifts for a week from the Queens. Show me some love.

When free gift are given I feel high card holders should not have to earn points to get a gift card they play all that money through the week they should be able to get the gift free

Hire better help. People who really understand the value of great customer service. Listen to your customer when they tell you that an employee has been rude to them. Don’t just blow it off or put blame on the customer. Take a deep dive into the work history of the employee
