The community is clean and well managed. [name removed] is friendly, professional and informative. I have toured numerous facilities in the area and this is by far the best. It seems more like a home than any of the others.

The Shores at Clear Lake has been a good place for Mom. The staff and caregivers are great. The in house therapy has been very good for Mom. They have lots of activities and a good atmosphere in the facility.

The Shores at Clearlake is wonderful place for my parents. It is very well laid out, clean, organized and safe. There are daily activities which encourages community interactions, and the food was good whenever I visited. The staff is always smiling and always very helpful. All seem to truly care for the residents.

No complaints - very clean and staff helpful while we were moving in. In general, pay attention to details - it can be a stressful time and there can be a tendency to rush thru. Pay attention, listen attentively to everything and everyone - friendly chat to staff and residents can be telling. Coming from a previous assisted living facility we found The Shores to be a pleasant surprise. Over time my mom with some memory issues has improved and become significantly happier. It's been a long time since we have seen her smile and laugh this way. The thing that sticks out the most is how much the staff care and how it is consistently the same people. The facility is beautiful, clean, and very inviting. The staff is caring, attentive, and extremely accommodating. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. They provide many activities to keep the residents engaged.

What a great place! Everyone is so friendly! You can't help but feel happy the moment you walk in the building! Memory care is just what my family was looking for my great aunt, she loves living here and we think the care is the best staff in town. They treat her like family with care, love and respect.
