My sister lives in a different Memory Care facility but we are shopping around for various reasons. We did not have an appointment but we were welcomed on arrival and the Executive Director herself gave us the Tour. We were really impressed with everything we observed. She knew everyone and everyone knew her. She greeted all the residents (and staff) by name and obviously takes pride in their happiness. The Shores staff has consistently gone beyond our expectations in providing a high quality living facility for our elderly family member. They did a wonderful job for my Dad and now my husband’s Dad needs a place so this is the obvious choice. Beautiful rooms and common areas and friendly caring staff. Management team is welcoming, available and responsive

By far the best place we visited. They were friendly and welcoming from the minute we arrived even though we didn’t have an appointment. It smelled good and there were residents smiling waiting to go on an outing. They offered us lunch but we were short on time. They have happy hours as well!

My mother and her husband moved to Shores assisted living in January 2023, then, after her husband passed, my mother moved to Shores memory care in April due to dementia. The Shores facility and personnel were perfect for us due to their location, relative cost, services provided, quality of apartments and facility, supportive staff, their responsiveness to their changing needs, and the professionalism and care provided by the caregivers.
